• Camera Access: We request camera permission so you can take pictures of documents for scanning and PDF generation. This access is used only within the app and is never stored or sent elsewhere.
• Photo Library Access: We request access to your photo library so you can select existing images to scan and convert into PDFs. Your selected images are processed locally on your device.
• File Sharing: The app allows you to share scanned documents via other apps like WhatsApp, Email, or cloud storage. These actions are initiated and controlled entirely by you.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or scanned documents to our servers. All scanning and processing occur locally on your device.

3. Analytics and Tracking

This app does not include any analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking tools. We do not track your usage or behavior.

4. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with system-level services provided by Apple (e.g., Share Sheet, Camera, Files, and Photos). We are not responsible for the data handling practices of external services or apps you choose to share with.

5. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children.

9. Subscription and Billing

We offer the following auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock premium features:

• Annual Subscription: Unlocks core premium features (HD/4K scan quality, auto edge detection, smart filters, unlimited scans, eSign) for 1 year.
• Annual Pro+ Subscription: Unlocks all Annual features plus advanced tools — OCR text recognition, AI Receipt Analyser, AI Organized Folders, Smart File Naming, Secure Vault, and Cloud Backup — for 1 year.

Subscription Details:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can upgrade from Annual to Annual Pro+ at any time within the app; the upgrade takes effect immediately upon purchase.
• You can manage your subscriptions, view pricing/duration, or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
