1. Subscription Plans

We offer two auto-renewable subscription plans: Annual and Annual Pro+. Both are billed yearly. Annual Pro+ unlocks the complete premium feature set, including AI-powered tools.

2. Plan and Billing

We offer the following subscription options to unlock premium features:

• Annual: Unlocks core premium features — HD/4K scan quality, auto edge detection, smart filters, unlimited scans, and eSign — for 1 year.
• Annual Pro+: Unlocks everything in Annual, plus OCR text recognition, AI Receipt Analyser, AI Organized Folders, Smart File Naming, Secure Vault, and Cloud Backup — for 1 year.

Subscription Details:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions, review price and duration, or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.

3. Payment

Payments for the Annual and Annual Pro+ plans are processed securely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment information on your Apple ID account. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your subscription or inability to activate your plan.

4. Auto-Renewal

Both the Annual and Annual Pro+ subscriptions automatically renew each year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of each renewal period.

5. Change of Plan

You can upgrade from the Annual plan to the Annual Pro+ plan at any time from within the app. The upgrade takes effect immediately upon confirmation of purchase. Downgrading from Annual Pro+ to Annual is not available mid-cycle; you may cancel Annual Pro+ and it will revert to Annual (or lapse) at the end of the current billing period, per Apple's subscription rules.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Annual or Annual Pro+ subscription at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will retain access to premium features until then. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only under exceptional circumstances and are granted at our sole discretion, subject to Apple's refund policies. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase through Apple's official refund request process.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Annual or Annual Pro+ subscription at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

9. Changes to Subscription Policy

We may update or modify this Subscription Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on our website or within our application. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
